DESCRIPTION:

Deltamethrin is a highly effective, fast-acting insecticide with low residual properties. It is widely used for the prevention and control of ectoparasitic infestations such as ticks, mites, lice, and fleas in cattle, camels, sheep, goats, horses, and pet animals (dogs), as well as for treating farm premises.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

Treatment is performed by spraying with a knapsack sprayer or a mist-blower, or by dipping.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

• Prevention: 1:2000 – 1:5000 (1 ml per 2-5 liters of water).

• Cure: 1:500 – 1:1000 (1 ml per 0.5-1 liter of water).

• Frequency:

  • Sheep: Every 7 Days.

  • Cattle: Every 15 Days.

• Or as directed by a veterinarian.

ANTIDOTE & FIRST AID:

• Antidote: No special antidote. Atropine can be used to prevent poisoning symptoms of salivation. In case of accident, seek medical advice immediately.

• First Aid:

  • In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

  • If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; seek medical advice immediately.

• Wear protective clothing, masks, boots, goggles, and suitable gloves.

• Keep out of reach of children and away from human and animal food and drinks.
